Như tiêu đề đầu tiên các bạn vào: 

Start -> Control Panel -> Network Connections.
Nhấp chuột phải vào "Local Area Connection" -> Properties
Nhấp chuột vào "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)" và làm như hình ảnh
